These classes will introduce you to a powerful method of movement re-education. Your whole body will experience greater freedom and ease of movement. Your posture and ability to relax will improve with conscious effort.

The Feldenkrais Method® is a practical application of the fact that the brain and nervous system control muscular ability, tension, movement and posture.

It is habits in the brain which determine the degree of discomfort and dis-ease we feel in the body. These habits were learned earlier in life and can be revised now. The classes are ingenious movement sequences derived from early childhood, the actions of daily life, and the systematic application of good body mechanics.

Awareness Through Movement® classes are slow and easy to follow, lying on a mat on the floor. By the means of these lessons, you can restore comfort and natural movement.
